Valkiv receives registration certificate for its trademark within the EU
On January 4, Valkiv's trademark application to the EU's intellectual property office passed the opposition period without any objections being filed. Valkiv has now received a registration certificate for the trademark, valid within the EU.
For Valkiv, this positive assessment means a stronger position within the EU, with protection for its brand and identity. It provides the opportunity to clearly define Valkiv's services and to distinguish itself from other actors in the market. The registration certificate is valid for ten years and will be renewed in 2033.

As a registered trademark, Valkiv is protected in areas including financial valuations, insurance services, software, legal services, and SaaS solutions. The value of the registered trademark extends to shareholders, partners, and employees, and it also opens doors for trademark applications outside the EU.
