1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or by accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Valkiv provides a suite of tools for asset management and insurance, including:

• AI Valuation Tool: An AI-powered service that provides estimated market valuations for certain assets (e.g., watches, vehicles).
• Asset Vault: A secure digital vault for users to store, organize, and track documentation and information about their valuable items.
• AI Insurance Agent: An AI-powered tool designed to analyze and provide informational summaries of insurance policies.

4. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the information, photos, documents, and other content you upload to your Asset Vault ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant Valkiv AB a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services to you. We will not share your User Content with any third party, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Services or AI models.
• Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (if available).

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding User Content), including our website, brand, and the underlying AI models and software, are and will remain the exclusive property of Valkiv AB.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valkiv AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any reliance placed by you on the completeness or accuracy of the valuations or AI-generated information; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the district court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
